How to return
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for our return address. You must include your order number and advise the styles you seek to return and if you require an exchange or refund.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at email@example.com; email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to exchange an item, contact email@example.com to get a return in order. Secondly you have to purchase the item you want instead in our webshop.
We don’t give refunds on sale items. You can exchange your item for store credit.
Archive sale items are final sale.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original debit card, credit card or paypal account. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
